Three Pairs of "Fat Jeans"?

Linda was about to walk out the door.

She had her clothes tossed carelessly into an overstuffed Tumi bag she "borrowed" from Robert, her very soon-to-be ex-boyfriend. It was his favorite travel bag; one that his brother had given him last year and that Linda herself had helped to pick out.

After three pretty good years, wave after wave of intense emotions were now crashing down on the shores of Linda's heart…

…mostly due to one, small word:

"F A T."

Robert had just dropped the 'other' F-bomb on Linda. The one that destroys hearts, trust, security and attraction. If that wasn't bad enough, he added another word; one I dare not repeat.

As horrible as this scene had played out, Linda decided to take a personal inventory of her life when she got to her sister's house:

"Am I seeing myself clearly in the mirror each morning? Sure, that jerk deserved to be dumped… but what about those 3 pairs of "fat-jeans" in my bag?"

Linda’s jeans were going UP in sizes these days, not down. They had been going up for seven months now.

The pain of losing a loved one because we feel "fat" is nothing new.  Our feelings will always bleed over into our relationships, even into our best relationships.

And while you, like Linda, never deserve to be labeled as "fat" by your significant other, the real question you have to answer no matter what is…

Are you heavier than you'd like to be?

Being overweight is nothing to put on the back-burner. Every day the seconds are ticking off that clock we call "life"… and every day that you are not living in the body you deserve is a day spent in needless worry, uncomfortable clothes, and even emotional pain.

The solution?  It's closer than you think and a bit easier to implement than you may believe.

And it's kinda fun to boot.

The trick is to create a diet plan you enjoy; one that YOU own, not one that owns you.

And, the way to pull this off is by making small changes every week to your existing eating patterns.

Face it: You're probably too busy and a bit too drained energy-wise to dive head-on into yet another deprivation diet, right? So why not try something new? Something unique?

Something that works.

First:  Get a journal. You'll need one for a few weeks. Just write down the changes you make and how you feel at the end of the day about those changes. Be sure to keep the changes you make on day 1 throughout all three days. Same goes for day 2 to day 3.

Then, do this for the next 3 days:

Today, day 1, increase your water intake by 3 glasses. That's it. Do everything else the same. Easy, right?

Tomorrow, day 2, replace your breakfast (especially if you usually skip it) with 1 apple or 1 pear, 10 raw almonds, and a small cup of non-fat yogurt sweetened with Stevia (an herbal sweetener you can get at most any Whole Foods or other related markets.) If you are still hungry, add a second apple. This is just for a few days, so don't worry. But, you'll find the energy increase so incredible you may just keep it permanently.

The next day, day 3, add a large salad to your last meal. Anything is fair game as long as it has ONE ingredient in it. Use olive oil and vinegar for dressing. Fresh veggies, a bit of fruit, some nuts, spinach leaves… it's all good. Eat anything you desire AFTER you consume the entire salad.

That's it!

I want you to keep these three things in your lifestyle eating plan for six days. Then, take a day off to eat whatever you like.

Obviously, there's more to the story… but this will get you started in a way that's super easy, tasty, and completely stress free.
