I have been trying to get a business started for almost 2 years now.
I have been a nurse for 25 years. My computer skills are not so hot and I know very little about marketing, building a business, etc. I have spent sooo much money for "this program" and "that program." I'm so confused I don't know where to begin any more.
I do not ever want to be a burden on my son who is 9 years old. I'd love to leave him a legacy but I may be dreaming.
My husband and I have ceilings on our jobs. We are maxed out with the salary we can make. I know we can do better - it just seems every decision I make is flawed and lacks the knowledge to be a good decision.
Honestly, this may seem like a bit of a strange "contact" but I'm just not making much headway with my business. Do you think it would be possible to work with my husband and me on an informational product business?
I am too embarrassed as I'm not making it, my friends ask "What's up with that?" and I'm not sure who's programs to follow on how to build this business any more.
I'd like to work with my husband as he would very much like to get out of his job but neither of us have the ability to really build web sites, market, etc. That is foreign to us, but we are willing to learn.
My question is - is there any hope at all?
Time goes by so quickly and we aren't getting any younger. If you Mary Ellen get this email I would consider it an honor to hear your thoughts on this.
I can't spend any more damn money on program after program that doesn’t work.
